Meet Chef Mike
Chef Mike Straw is originally from West Des Moines, IA and got his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa. He studied the culinary arts at the art institutes of america and johnson wales university. he has been cooking for over 30 years and had his own personal chef business in St. Petersburg, FL for 10 years. Chef Mike has cooked all over the world and spent most of his time as a private ESTATE CHEF ON LAND and AS A charter chef on yachts in the Bahamas and Caribbean. He has cooked for many famous clients, including Jimmy Dean 'the Sausage King', on his yacht the Big Bad John.
